The panel on 2026 PNW Geothermal Power Opportunities includes - - Susan Petty, Founder and President of Hotrock Energy Research Organization (HERO), a non-profit technical advisory and research group

- Patrick Hanson, Geothermal Market Leader, Jacobs, a large global provider of technical services in energy, environmental services, infrastructure, and other industries.
Geothermal power is generated from subsurface heat energy and provides firm baseload and on-demand electricity. Geothermal power plants in Northern California, Nevada, and Oregon currently generate nearly 4 gigawatts of power making the US the largest producer of geothermal electricity in the world. Next-generation geothermal technology expands the geography where power plants can be located. Join us to learn more and help increase public awareness of these opportunities to bring more clean energy to the NW.
